This year's session will take place from August 2 to August 8 at Camp Arbolado.

Campers will be accepted based on availability on a first-come-first-served basis. Counselor-in-trainings (CITs) will be accepted based on availability and selection by CIT directors.

2. Submit Registration Fee

3. Submit Medical Release and Camp Waiver

4. (Supplemental) CIT Application

The camp fee is $1,220 per camper/CIT. Early registration by May 15th will be discounted at a price of $1,160. Additional siblings who register will receive a $50 refund, up to a maximum of $150.

All cancellations up to July 1st will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for early departures. All refunds will be issued after July 1st.

Need-based financial aid is available upon inquiry for a partial fee waiver. Please contact kayfcampconifer@gmail.com for an application.

Please manually sign the two forms below and email a scanned copy of each form to kayfcampconifer@gmail.com. Please bring your original copies to check-in up at Camp Arbolado. Your application will be processed after all three required steps are completed.

Former campers or CITs entering 10th or 11th grade can apply to this year's Counselor-in-Training program by submitting the form below at any time before May 15. However, it will not be reviewed by the CIT directors until the upper application portion and camp fee have been submitted.

CIT applications are due by May 15 (subject to session availability). Please note that applications will only be reviewed once the three registration steps above are complete. Following review, selected applicants will be invited to a Zoom interview with the CIT Directors for a limited number of positions.

CIT directors are looking specifically for candidates who have shown potential leadership skills and who have demonstrated genuine care for their fellow campers and a true desire to pass along their love of the camp experience down to the next generation of campers. For more information about our CIT program, see the link below.

Space in the CIT program is limited. Acceptance into the program is strictly at the discretion of the CIT Directors.
